作为常州新北区薛家镇工业区第一批高质量产业建筑，它坐落在春江路与黄河西路交界处，毗邻德胜河岸，这是一座多功能的建筑，可以进行提供高质量空间用于企业的总部办公及生产制造组装。伟泰科技（证券号：839874）是一家伟泰科技是主营轨道交通设备、医疗设备、半导体设备、高端工业机械装备、环保和新能源设备制造等行业机械高端制造设备的上市企业。企业希望该项目能够成为锐意创新和发展的符号，于是委托HUT事务所设计一个可以展现进取蓝图的建筑立面造型。

园区采取典型的紧凑而简洁的标准化网格结构，满足了建筑所需的长度和交通路线空间，建筑的营造使用简洁的方式和材料。设计要求提出，通过简洁而富有识别性的建筑语言诠释建筑的外立面，表现一个尺度巨大的高端制造科技产业型建筑，使其成为展现企业广阔发展前景的标志。
办公和厂房建筑均选择了经典成熟的全钢结构体系。办公建筑外墙由铝板和玻璃幕墙组成，厂房外墙则由彩钢板组成，巨大的深棕色和标志性红色线条是构成墙面的主要颜色。建筑仅使用了极少的装饰元素，却塑造了一种富有特色，令人印象深刻的建筑语言：工整的立面竖向构件，通过条形窗产生的强烈竖向挺拔感以及宽大的红色线条，弱化了单体建筑体量的压迫感和单调性。

As the first industrial building in Xuejia Town Industrial Zone, Xinbei District, Changzhou, it is located at the junction of Chunjiang Road and West Yellow River Road, adjacent to the bank of Desheng River. It is a multi-functional building that can provide high-quality space for the headquarters office and manufacturing assembly of the enterprise.Weitai Technology (Securities No. : 839874) is a listed enterprise with major rail transit equipment, medical equipment, semiconductor equipment, high-end industrial machinery equipment, environmental protection and new energy equipment manufacturing and other industrial machinery high-end manufacturing equipment.The enterprise hopes that the project can become a symbol of innovation and development, so it commissioned HUT to design an architectural facade that can show the blueprint of progress.

The park adopts a typical compact and concise standardized grid structure, which meets the length and traffic route space required by the building. The construction of the building uses concise methods and materials.The design requirements are put forward, through concise and recognizable architectural language to interpret the facade of the building, showing a large scale high-end manufacturing technology industry building, making it a symbol of the broad development prospects of the enterprise.

The classic and mature all-steel structure system is selected for the office and factory buildings. The exterior walls of the office building are composed of aluminum panels and glass curtain walls, while the exterior walls of the factory building are composed of color steel panels. The main colors of the wall are huge dark brown and iconic red lines. The building uses only a few decorative elements, but creates a distinctive and impressive architectural language: the neat vertical components of the facade, the strong vertical sense generated by the strip windows and the broad red lines, which weaken the oppression and monotony of the single building volume.

镇江的工业设施随着城市产业升级的发展而迅速成长。伟泰科技（证券号：839874）希望继常州总部园区后再投资一座以生产为主的“灯塔工厂”，包含配套办公及生产车间，总建筑面积为35154平方米，沿用伟泰科技常州项目的设计语言，深棕色配合标志红色的竖向线条造就其强烈的个性特征。

建筑继续采用简洁而高质量的全钢结构和彩钢板（厂房部分）和铝板（办公部分）外墙。为了打造独特的企业形象，办公立面设计围绕边侧大堂，贯穿1-4层的钢结构直梯以及位于二层的“空中会客厅”，采用窗与铝板幕墙的进退生成立面的层次，并将格栅遮阳融入其中。与周边常规厂房建筑相比，丰富的使用空间，内外相融的设计手法，严谨的统一的开窗韵律以及构成了这座区域范例建筑的基本特色。
Zhenjiang's industrial facilities with the development of urban industrialupgrading and rapid growth. Wei Tai Technology (Securities No. : 839874) hopes to invest in a production-oriented "lighthouse factory" after the Changzhou headquarters park, including supporting office and production workshop, with a total construction area of 35,154 square meters, following the design language of Wei Tai Technology Changzhou project, dark brown with logo red vertical lines to create its strong personality characteristics.
The building continues to use simple and high-quality all-steel structure and color steel plate (plant part) and aluminum plate (office part) exterior wall. In order to create a unique corporate image, the office façade design around the side lobby, through the 1-4 layer of steel structure staircase and the "air lounge" on the second floor, using windows and aluminum plate curtain wall of the back and forth formed the level of the surface, and the grille shading into it. Compared with the surrounding conventional factory buildings, the rich use of space, the design method of internal and external integration, the rigorous unified window rhythm and constitute the basic characteristics of this regional model building.

苏州拨康视云(Cloudbreak Pharma)生物制药园区位于一个 33600平方米的基地上，毗邻京杭运河道，由 5座主体建筑组成，并点缀着零星的苏州园林的景观设计意向。这是这家总部位于美国的医疗制药公司在中国开设的首家工厂，其总体规划和建筑设计顾问咨询服务由HUT 负责完成。

园区的建筑由研发办公总部，生产灌装车间，高标仓库构成，园区的环境设计以苏州历史园林为灵感，苏州园林被列入联合国教科文组织世界文化遗产名录，并且被视为中国景观设计的经典杰作。设计借鉴当地传统为拨云公司制定的场地规划包括一系列相互连接的步道和中央绿轴，引导员工和访客前往园区各处。制造大楼环绕着以现代风格重现的步行友好的道路、宁静的滨河步道和葱郁的绿地，点缀以雕塑装饰，其中还穿插着步道与小品。

This is the first factory in China for this US-based medical pharmaceutical company, and the masterplan and architectural design consulting services were completed by HUT. The buildings of the park consist of the research and development headquarters, the production filling workshop, and the high-standard warehouse. The environmental design of the park is inspired by the historical gardens in Suzhou, which are listed in the UNESCO World Heritage List and are regarded as classic masterpieces of Chinese landscape design.The site planning for Boyun Company drawing on local traditions includes a series of interconnected walkways and a central green axis, guiding employees and visitors to various parts of the park.The manufacturing buildings are surrounded by walk-friendly roads, tranquil riverside walkways and lush green spaces reproduced in a modern style, dotted with sculptures, which are interspersed with walkways and sketches.

设计宗旨为一个功能高度完备同时形象简洁优雅的建筑方案。这通过完整有力的外立面设计语言，最大程度的通透感和灵活性得以实现。公共空间例如入口大厅被玻璃幕墙覆盖，生产空间外部则安装有水平方向的穿孔板遮阳构件，最大可能的控制了阳光的直射。由此可使空调系统的能源损耗降至最低。和通透的玻璃幕墙形成对比的是封闭的墙体，墙体内设有经保温隔热层，在炎热季节隔绝室外高温，而在寒冷季节达到减少室内的热损失的目的。

在咸阳高新产业区核心区，一个即将建成的产业区奏响了城市产业升级的建设前奏。产业区由两栋为企业建造的办公和生产建筑组成。建筑占地32000平方米，采用办公与厂房分离式的规划布局。这一项目总建筑面积为48000平方米，与景观空间形成了鲜明的界限。规整的建筑平面规划使建筑与道路完美配合，最大化土地利用效率。在园区的主要入口处，办公建筑形成了一个门户景观，其交错排列的方式营造了开放的园区广场。建筑在高度和形状上的变化在建筑之间以及各城市道路绿地之间创造了趣味盎然的视觉关系。具有垂直肌理的幕墙由浅灰色铝板/彩钢板和深色玻璃表面构成，两者形成鲜明对比，并构成不同建筑类型之间的统一元素。办公建筑幕墙在转角处采用出挑的钢结构露台，相同宽度的挑台形成重复图案，使幕墙更显得多姿而富于变化。与办公建筑不同，厂房建筑的外墙使用一系列尺寸统一的彩钢波纹板和竖向条窗的立面元素划分结构层次。
In the core area of Xianyang High-tech Industrial Zone, an upcoming industrial zone plays the prelude to the construction of urban industrial upgrading.The industrial zone consists of two office and production buildings built for enterprises.The building covers an area of 32,000 square meters, and the layout of the office and factory is separated.The total construction area of this project is 48,000 square meters, which forms a clear boundary with the landscape space.The regular building plan makes the building perfectly match the road, maximizing the efficiency of land use.At the main entrance of the park, the office buildings form a gateway landscape, and the staggered arrangement creates an open park square. The variations in height and shape create interesting visual relationships between the buildings and the green spaces along the city roads.The vertical texture of the façade is made up of light grey aluminum/color steel panels and dark glass surfaces, which create a sharp contrast and a unifying element between the different building types.The office building façade features a protruding steel structure terrace at the corner, which forms a repeating pattern of the same width, making the façade more colorful and varied.Unlike the office building, the factory building façade uses a series of uniformly sized corrugated color steel panels and vertical strip windows to divide the structural hierarchy.

这是HUT设计的第一个有关芯片产业的项目；项目基地位于中国东北地区的辽宁沈阳，设计以校园为原型，研发办公楼和生产车间在一片开放景观公园旁成组团布局，围绕着基地中央的货运中转场地。

三层高的研发办公楼采用了“吕”字形平面——两个彼此连接的矩形，屋面形成屋顶花园。几乎所有办公位都可以得到充足的日光，并享有周边的景观。与街道的视线联系一直都是设计中的指导性因素。办公园区通过一条环路组织外部交通，之后经由步行路网穿过绿化景观进入各办公楼。入口与空中花园朝向周边景观敞开，穿过庭院则可到达通透的玻璃门厅。厂房建筑也采用了类似的由自然向人工过渡的空间布局，这组浅色的建筑体有着独特的个性，表达了其作为高效生产空间的意义。
This is HUT's first project related to the chip industry;the project is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, Northeast China. The design is based on a campus prototype, with R&D offices and production workshops arranged in clusters next to an open landscaped park, surrounding a freight transfer site in the center of the site. The three-story R&D office building has a "L" shape plan -- two rectangles connected to each other, with roofs forming roof gardens.Almost all offices can get plenty of daylight and enjoy the surrounding landscape.The visual connection with the street has been a guiding factor in the design. The office park organizes external traffic through a ring road and then through a network of pedestrian paths through the green landscape to the office buildings. Entrances and sky gardens open to the surrounding landscape, while courtyards lead to transparent glass hallways. The factory building adopts a similar spatial layout of natural to artificial transitions, giving a distinctive character to this group of light-colored buildings, expressing its meaning as an efficient production space.
