基地面对景观中心湖和大型演艺中心，界定了广场的外延，一条景观中央轴线南北贯穿整个基地，并保证了主要步行交通具有朝向基地内侧景观广场的开放视野。各单体建筑的结构和立面材质大同小异，强化了的整体感和同一性。建筑组团由四栋L型建筑围合而成，建筑最高处为60m。总部大楼由两个体块构成，在南面对广场进行围合的体块高3层，挑出3.9米高空间形成了建筑的入口。首层立面采用框架式幕墙结构，使建筑不论在日间还是夜晚均呈现出邀请的姿态。裙房的屋顶平台连接塔楼，可举行室外活动。
